On Saturday, June 10th, the Liberty Gathering Place held a fundraiser for the village of West Liberty's annual Fourth of July fireworks show. There was fantastic food, friends and fun and games for all at the firehouse. Thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, made a donation, or just had fun and showed their support for the community. A special thank you is due to all of the Liberty Gathering Place employees who helped make the event happen. We are proud to announce that we raised $1200 for the fireworks show on Saturday, June 24th, but we're still about $3000 short with just 10 days to go! If you enjoy the show each year or just want to support the village of West Liberty and the thousands of folks who do enjoy the show, please consider making a monetary donation over the next few days at either the Liberty Gathering Place or The Peoples Savings and Loan Company in downtown West Liberty.  Come out this Saturday and bring your friends and family!! JUNE 10 4PM - 9 PM at the Firehouse in West Liberty:
All profits will support the West Liberty Fireworks on June 24th at Lion's Park.  Liberty Gathering Place is excited to invite you to a Spring Block Party! Proceeds from the party will go to the village of West Liberty's 4th of July Fireworks Fund.
WHEN: Saturday, June 10th, 2017 from 4-9PM WHERE: West Liberty Firehouse WHAT: Food, Games, Children's Games, Cornhole, Liberty Gathering Place Pie Eating Contest at 5PM, BINGO at 6PM If you can't make it but would still like to donate to the village of West Liberty's 4th of July Fireworks (which is 100% funded privately by village residents), you can donate at Liberty Gathering Place during business hours, or at The Peoples Savings & Loan Co. across the street.
 BINGO tomorrow night at Liberty Gathering Place starting at 7:00 pm. ALL MONEY RAISED will go to the village of West Liberty's Fireworks Fund. Also, if you would like to donate money, The Peoples Savings & Loan Co. (across the street from Liberty Gathering Place) has an fundraising account for the West Liberty Fireworks. PLEASE, if you love West Liberty's fireworks....DONATE!!! West Liberty's annual fireworks show is 100% funded by private donations.
